A service unit (SU) represents the usage of hardware computational resources for a specified amount of time. The SU charge rate can vary based on the specific hardware used. Resources like GPUs and memory may incur additional SU charges.
Standard allocations are available for Afton, Rivanna, and Rio. At this time, Rio does not support purchased SUs or dedicated compute resources.

*Only Small Rio frontend Virtual Machines (VMs) are provisioned at no cost. Rio VMs of a larger size incur the standard rate for the VM.
